them in solving minor problems. We invite non-customers to use our
HELP DESK at no charge as a courtesy.
We provide our customers with free remote service* software so we
can do remote service from our state of the art repair facility.
This allows us to take care of minor problems with little or no cost
to our customers. Remote support is offered to non-customers at
an affordable rate.
